Sai Baba failed mega-claims – a selection

Self-proclaimed Avatar and ‘Saviour of mankind’ claims defeated by events

The quotes of Sathya Sai Baba’s words below demonstrate his immoderately exorbitant claims about himself, his ‘divine glory’ and power, his prophesies of what he would certainly achieve and the utter transformation of the world he would bring about, often even ‘in a few days’. These claims are only a part of his all-encompassing self-praise and unprecedented assertions about his avataric qualities and mission. The obvious fact that they were never fulfilled as claimed or predicted speaks volumes about the abuse of faith and fraudulence upon which he and his collusive cronies lived.
