PRASHANTHI COURT APPEAL AGAINST MUDDENAHALLI RULING

It didn’t take long for the Prashanthi Nilayam usurpers to lodge an appeal against the recent ruling dismissing their former court claim.
PUTTAPARTHI SRI SATHYA SAI CENTRAL TRUST ADVOCATES FILED AN APPEAL ON MONDAY THE 17TH, (INDIA TIME) TO HAVE THE LAWSUIT AGAINST SRI SATHYA SAI LOKA SEVA TRUST MUDDENAHALLI RE-HEARD IN THE CIVIL COURT.
The appeal is not “against” Madhusudan Naidu, as some sources are reporting. It is simply appealing the decision of the judge who said the case must go to District court instead of Civil court. The original plaint filed by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust is against Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust, a Trust which was set up by Sri Sathya Sai Baba of Puttaparthi and later put into the care of the Puttaparthi Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. The complaint states that the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Central Trust’s overseeing of Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva Trust was HIJACKED WHEN NARASIMHA MURTHY AND OTHERS SURREPTITIOUSLY INSERTED A CLAUSE AND GOT IT PUT INTO THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. WITHOUT APPROVAL THEY GOT THE DOCUMENT AMENDED BY REGISTERING IT AT THE SUB REGISTRAR’S OFFICE IN CHIKKABALAPUR, near to Muddenahali. The appeal asks to keep the case in the Civil court. Nothing more. To check status, Google Chikkaballapur District Court, Status Report. The appeal number is RA 102, 2016. Sairam.
