Sathya Sai’s left-hand man, former High Chief Justice Bhagwati is dead

Sathya Sai Baba’s former extremist supreme court judge, P.N. Bhagwati, died on June 15, 2017, He was Sai Baba’s close devotee and associate as the top cover-up man in the judicial system. He stated to The Times of India (May 1, 2011): “Sai Baba, my god, dictated my every single judgement” (That highly compromising interview article can be seen here).

Bhagwati’s level of integrity left everything to be desired. His intelligence and probity came under scrutiny when he manipulated the Supreme Court judges to throw out in peremptory and typically unjust fashion the petition presented by Kamini Jaiswal on behalf og Hari Sampath, a former security official at the Sathya Sai Baba ashram, who accused Sai Baba of serial sexual abuses and numerous other crimes. He later admitted to his lacking judgement in rather replying on his sworn God-guru, Sathya Sai Baba, for his every action and decision for decades! With the government of the time (under Narasimha Rao and Home Minister S.B. Chavan), he was a key player in the cover up of the ghastly executions under Sathya Sai Baba’s aegis in his own apartment and not least the affidavit-backed petition to the Supreme Court, which also exposed the long-term sexual abuses of young men by Sathya Sai Baba. Now we see that he has – in his semi-senility – let the cat out of the bag, as if hoping to be forgiven for such dastardly actions of repression of democracy! Not a gentleman by any means… deeply involved in dark doings by the Sai Central Trust involving the covered-up facts about the death of his guru, Sathya Sai Baba who they evidently disconnected from life support on Easter Sunday (having planned it all in advance). Bhagwati also was co-responsible for the directly illegal appropriation (regardless of the family) of the hoards of wealth kept privately by Sai Baba – all in direct contravention to the rules of the Central Trust.

The Sathya Sai Baba cult and its many voluntary institutions have been exposed so widely for so many failings that – so, where there were once willing professionals from abroad, there are no longer enough eager qualified devotees to work for peanuts and as a reward. These include the many-sided cover-ups about the illness from which Sathya Sai Baba died (most likely AIDS), the lack of a proper death certificate – and the many other highly suspicious events surrounding his death, when it occurred, why his casket was already ordered 3 weeks before the announcement of his death (made to coincide with Easter Day). Boring for staff having constantly to attend repetitive bhajans and talks while having to sit before the stone ‘samadhi’ (grave) too.

Comment by Eileen ‘Divya’ Weed: “I have been told by a friend who was a temporary volunteer in the hospital that they offer salaries so low that except for a few ardent devotees, the only people who apply for jobs in the Puttaparthi sb hospitals are recent graduates who could not find work elsewhere (and many are not devotees of sb). They work for a time to get experience, all the while applying for other jobs, and they leave once they get hired elsewhere.”
