Sai Baba’s minion former Chief Justice Bhagwati showed total disrespect for justice

In one of the most noteworthy interviews yet given in connection with Sathya Sai Baba, former High Chief Justice P.N. Bhagwati – to the Times of India – makes clear he is certainly not a man of justice or anything like upright and honest and is not even his own man, as the title of the Times article makes fully clear:-
‘Sai Baba, my god, dictated my every single judgment’. This seems to mean Sai Baba made him signed the infamous letter signed by Bhagwati along with PM  A.P. Vajpayee attacking (unnamed) vested interests who were accusing Sai Baba ‘recklessly’. It was itself reckless, being based entirely on belief and without any preceeding investigation whatever (see the facts here).

The comments so far show that Bhagwati has no supporters, no doubt because of the gigantic contravention of justice he displays and his mendacious replies about the murders, about which he most definitely knew full well.

As a director on the Board of the Sathya Sai Central Trust he should have a round figure as to the trust’s assets… but he claims ignorance.  Worse than fishy.

Hari Sampath, (Technology and Management Consultant) the original petitioner to the Supreme Court against Sathya Sai Baba – whose petition was advanced by the famous lawyer Kamini Jaiswal but which was rejected out of hand and the evidence destroyed (but for one vital copy!) – has posted the following questions to Bhagwati. No doubt there will be no answer received:-

Mr Bhagwati, I have some questions for you, although from your interview I have already got all answers. I had given a formal complaint to the CBI against Sai Baba in March 2001, and moved the Supreme court of India through a Public Interest litigation under article 32 of the constitution ( hope you remember this PIL law as you were the one who initiated it). From your responses it is very clear you have no respect for the law or the constitution, and you clearly state that any man/woman “revered” by millions as divine should not be investigated for any crime. Have you heard of the legal maxim “Justitia non novit patrem nec matrem; solum verrtatem spectat justitia. (Justice knows neither father nor mother; justice looks to the truth alone.), or for that matter “audi alteram partem” ( hear the other side), which are the basic pillars of natural justice ? If you have a case before you with even eyewitnesses who say Sai Baba raped a young boy , and if your judgment is ” what is the point of investigation, as I think he is god”…I think you must be locked up in a lunatic asylum. When the whole world is aware of the fact 6 murders took place in Sai Baba’s bedroom in June 1993, you- a Sai Baba trust member, who had extensive confabulations with the then home minister SB Chavan to close the case, now claim ” I was in Delhi and am not aware of it, I don’t know” , you must either be delusional or a fraudster. Shame on you Bhagwati, its a national disgrace that you were Chief Justice.

Proud to know people like Hari Sampath stood up against powerful criminals and ashamed to know that country produced CJI like Mr. Bhagwati. I agree that in the public interest, Mr. Bhagwati should be locked up in a lunatic asylum.

All the teachers at the Sathya Sai School and University in Puttaparthy and Whitefield are ex-students who were appointed by Sathya Sai Baba himself! Each of them was at one time a Form boy. Form boy is a term used in his school and University for boys who were sexually abused by Baba! Because they were sexually abused at a very young age most of them have become Gays! And these Gay teachers are now continuing to sexually abuse younger students, and this culture is continuing there!

P.N. Bhagwati shows signs of having ‘lost his marbles’ now that he has no Lord and Master to tell him what to do (he imagined), as he claims Sai Baba did in every detail, as many devotees often claim was his mystical way of communicating! His tearful talk shows he is emotionally unstable and his statements show he is mentally unstable too. Worst of all, India has had to live under his corruption and all that of Sathya Sai Baba too. It leaves behind an Augean stable that will take decades to clean up, if then!

Sai Baba devotees condone Kashmir violence?

US diplomats were given evidence suggesting India was systematically torturing civilians in Kashmir, according to leaked cables. By Nick Allen, Los Angeles 12:17AM GMT 17 Dec 2010

Reportedly, in 2005 the International Committee of the Red Cross briefed US officials in Delhi that electrocution, physical beatings, sexual interference and other methods were being employed against hundreds of detainees by Indian security forces. The report to US authorities was detailed (691 of 1296 ICRC interviewed claimed they were tortured) and the ICRC asserted that that India “condones torture” and “routine killing” of civilians simply “connected to or believed to have information about the insurgency.”

The methods included being suspended from the ceiling (381 cases) and 304 cases were described as “sexual.” All of 294 victims described having their legs crushed by guards putting a bar across their thighs and sitting on it, and 181 said their legs had been pulled apart into the splits. US officials reported that “terrorism investigations and court cases tend to rely upon confessions, many of which are obtained under duress if not beatings, threats, or in some cases torture.”

PM Manmohan Singh is a worshipper of Sathya Sai Baba, who speaks of peace and non-violence. Yet neither the self-proclaimed omnipotent ‘avatar’ nor his devotees can or will say or do anything for the people of Kashmir. This is how actions look in the face of weasel words. Sarhya Sai Baba has had as followers most former Indian Prime Ministers, all the Presidents and countless Government and State Ministers, all of whom have been aware that Sai Baba has constantly claimed that he will regenerate Indian values and its people, and this only as a prelude to saving humanity! The results so far totally belie the claims and false predictions of this supposedly reborn Vishnu, Rama and Krishna… It is obvious that Sai Baba can never have any such influence since he is retrograde and atavistic and even wants a return to a mythical India of ancient times… Bharat social structure as it once was under Rama. We must all be very relieved that Sai Baba is an impostor as regards all that! Yet India’s leading figures STILL worship the feet of this stone-faced invalid as God Almighty. What future hope there is for a corrupt and tortured nation led by such people one cannot imagine.

India will lead the world – Sathya Sai Baba

“Today is Krishna Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna. I am making a promise today that the people of all the countries, viz. Pakistan, China, Germany, Russia will be united. That should be our goal. The goodness of Bharat will lead to this unity.” Sanathana Sarathi Sept. 2002,p. 267

This makes any well-informed person think both how vague and how extremely unlikely Baba’s ‘promises’ often are. Does he mean that through India’s offices all countries of the world will join in one union, like a glorified USA or EU? Devotees will doubtless interpret this prediction of the current alliance against terrorism between countries who now agree they are going to war against the terrorists. But Sai Baba specifically included ‘the people of all the countries”. Even Israel, Palestine, Irak, Iran? Would it were so! But even conveniently united efforts on the political scene against a common external enemy come and go according to circumstances… unlikely to last!

In his Convocation address in November 2008. Sai Baba said: “I did not come across anyone who hates Me. Till now, I have no enemies at all. All people love Me, since I love one and all.” and “Very soon, the entire world will be united. In fact, after 28 years, the world itself will become “Bharat”. Everyone will call himself a Bharatiya (one imbued with godliness – Bhagavat rathas). No one will refer to themself as belonging to this state or that state, this region or that region. You may go to any country, but you refer to yourself as belonging to the country of Bharat.”

What does Sai Baba mean by Bharat? Bharat is a name for India, but for Sai Baba it means a legendary India believed once to have existed, a kind of utopia. Fort he surely can’t be talking about the India we know of today! He likes to conflate India with Bharat, which exists solely in an imagined future far away from present-day sub-continent with all divisions, crimes, corruption and violence. How can such a nation, where most basic human rights are totally disregarded for the great mass of its population, conjure forth all this goodness that will unify the world? Well, only the Lord knows, what with the massive and blind retributive killings by Indian forces of innocents in Jammu/Kashmir and of Nagas in the East, with its persistent and repressive caste system, widespread colour discrimination, ever-repeated murdering of Dalits, Moslems, Christians, tribals and the still very widespread burning of brides, repression of women’s rights, slavery of millions of landless bonded labourers and its ca. 20 million child labourers? It’s a nice thought, but is not Sai Baba fanciful now… or, as he says of his critics ‘imaginative’? Here is some more of his ramblings:-

“This land of Bharat has acquired great name and fame for erudite scholarship. This land of Bharat is a divine land, which has produced great intellectuals in the fields of music, art, literature, and various sciences BUT People have forgotten the basic principles of this great culture and are imitating Western culture. The Bharatiyas today are like the elephant, who is unaware of its own strength. With a swish of its tail, an elephant can knock a man off his feet and throw him yards away. Such a powerful elephant will humbly obey the commands of the mahout. It just acts according to the wishes of the mahout. BUT Unfortunately, today the Bharatiyas have forgotton these great values and therefore become slaves in their own country. (Sathya Sai Baba)

He sees himself as the mahout! But he has failed in his promises to ‘clean up his backyard’ (i.e. transform India) before doing the same for the rest of the world. He rides an elephant which can’t be made even to remember its “basic principles” and “values”. Meanwhile, countless Indians imitate Western culture, and almost all who can afford it go to the West, not least for a proper education. one wonders? Many diaspora Indians have made huge contributions to modern science and arts, and they promote forward-looking values – not traditional religious puritanism and despotic social systems such as Sai Baba typifies. Indian achievers will never embrace the puritanically fundamentalist and largely fallacious ‘teachings’ Sathya Sai Baba gives, especially his abysmally ignorant science as “Saience”.

Sai Baba’s boast to Dr. John Hislop that India is the locomotive that will pull the world to rights due to its spiritual and moral superiority has, of course, failed to appear. That his students would occupy positions of power long since and thus change society has also proved to be an empty boast. See here:-
