Sathya Sai Baba, charlatan Deity of Deities

Posted by robertpriddy on October 31, 2015

In his heyday, Sathya Sai Baba boasted of the most impossible feats he would perform. The following is a reminder of the utter failure of the huge majority of his promises and prophesies.

Parthi too small-fly in sky
Sai Baba’s alleged greatness lay largely in this having been a great charlatan and deceiver, whatever else he may have been. He was not above threatening a horrible death to those who tried to deceive him, and he certainly kept his word in the case of the four devotees who intruded into his apartment in 1993!

Sathya Sai Baba admired until intensive investigations

Posted by robertpriddy on October 24, 2015

For 18 years I trusted in Sathya Sai Baba, even though untoward incident after incident caused doubts. These I put aside in the interest of the wider picture and what I believed to be the greater good. In 1994 I published a book which was far too uncritical, but which did not contain any lies. Sai Baba accepted and signed the book. However, the idea that he was not so devoted to truth, love and the good repeatedly returned with each new inconsistent claim or error he made, nagging away at the mind and spreading unperceived roots until an unwanted but decisive blow finally shook my faith. This was evidence that Sai Baba was deeply involved in murders and their cover-up, which I was unable to doubt, due to being told by one of his closest servitors, V.K. Narasimhan. It took a year or more to absorb this shock as I looked for ways to explain it, rationalise it away and find out more than might alter the facts. Then the testimonies of his sexual abuses of young men and male minors came pouring in from trustworthy sources, which set me investigating yet again, wishing not to believe this until I had established beyond any sliver of doubt that it was so.

The Sathya Sai ashrams and institutions’s internal arrangements were shrouded in intense secrecy and there was very tight security which was initially unobtrusive and undercover. After the attack on the temple apartment, which was alleged to have been an assassination attempt on Sai Baba (though he denied this himself) the government allocated armed guards and metal detectors scanned everyone who went to wait to see him, opening every bag and purse and checking every pocket. My close insider friend, V.K. Narasimhan, confided in me that in 1996  the ashram employed 50 plainclothes security agents costing 50 lakhs of rupees a month (some secretly armed, one of whom drew his weapons in some part of the ashram. I reported this to the authorities and was told off for trying to create trouble!). All this was, according to Sai Baba, for the safety of his devotees and visitors… here one sees Sai Baba usual hypocrisy!

It was therefore no easy matter to investigate the hidden goings-on or facts about any unfortunate incident, all of which were immediately suppressed by the ashram staff and not least the privileged foreign devotees (VIPs) who observed without question and to the letter all the restrictions imposed by ashram staff and Sai Baba himself. As soon as one began to ask what one should not, one came up against a wall wherever one turned, which showed that this was actually a cult with a very tight inner circle and many servitors who religiously did what they were told in every respect.

However, the human mind is a most powerful tool if it is finely honed, educated and concentrated on solving problems, according to Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes. To pursue the truth of any matter, one must begin from tangible or indubitable facts without relying on hunches or concocting theories in advance.  Only when the data itself points to the explanation, can hypotheses be tested and a theory to include all the facts be arrived at. I have followed this method carefully in my investigations and conclusions about Sathya Sai Baba and his organisation. Those who will not agree with me have not done the proper work to confirm his massive deceptions and crimes.

Terry Reis Kennedy: hypocritical crookedness

Posted by robertpriddy on October 22, 2015

Crookedness Comment on the above from Srikanth Uppuluri: “The crook on crookedness!!  This Terry Reis Kennedy – keeps regularly marketing Sai Baba’s stupid teachings…useful to none and harmful to all.”
Not only that, but the writer of this article, Terry Reis Kennedy, who promotes herself there as showing compassion to some unfortunate, has been widely accused of crookedness herself.

For example, there is a blog which accuses her of diverse offences entitled “Appeal for information on Terry Reis Kennedy for a string of false sex-abuse and pedophilia allegations against innocent people. And Kennedy also lost a civil case in her infamous unsupported claims as can be seen here  Terry Reis KENNEDY, v. ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF BURLINGTON, VERMONT, INC.

Kennedy lost her case against the Catholic diocese, but she totally ignores the overwhelming testimonial and reported massed evidence that her guru Sathya Sai Baba was a serial sexual abuser and pedophile! How can a person live with such untruth is a mystery to all but the indoctrinated and/or demented people who cannot free themselves from the massive indoctrination and false promises of the bogus ‘avatar and creator of the universe’? Shame on the Deccan herald for promoting this person and not least Sathya Sai Baba, whose crimes are known to countless people and whose reputation is severely tarnished despite the compromised politicians who supported him before they learned what he actually was and did and who still spinelessly continue to do so.

Terry Reis Kennedy had several run-ins with a clinic in Puttaparthi over her lying and making false promises. Terry claims to have been sexually abused as a child and after working a number of years, when she wanted to settled down in Parthi, she managed to declare she had PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and has been receiving a chunky monthly disability check from the US government ever since. I think it started in her early 30s. She has written a number of times about the sexual abuse and her subsequent mental imbalance. Claims were made saying the trauma never happened, but whatever the truth, for at least 20 years so far she lived well, having bought a charming house in Parthi with a pretty garden, supplementing her income by writing. She has had a deal with the Deccan Herald for at least a year or two, as it has been popping up on the Google Alerts. She’s a very difficult person to deal with and apparently, still is (even in her current Deccan Herald article she is irritated with an old lady!)

Sai Baba lied about famous Wolf Messing, who has also been exposed

Posted by robertpriddy on October 18, 2015

Critical analyses of the former illusionist and psychic Wolf Messing – dealing particularly with claims about him made by Sathya Sai Baba – have been presented by two experts in the field: The former Sai Baba follower and academic, Alexandra Nagel of the Netherlands, published an impressive  paper in English which investigates the pros and cons of the claims about Wolf Messing, including those of Sathya Sai Baba: see https://www.academia.edu/12957183/Wolf_Messing._First_steps_towards_a_full_assessment_of_the_narrative_of_a_psychic_entertainerwas published by Alexandra Nagel. See the paper here

Further, research by an entirely independent investigator of all Sathya Sai Baba connections – has proven almost the entire most read Russian biography of Messing by T. Lungin entitled “Messing – the true story of Russia’s greatest psychic”  to be a concocted myth. This information only emerged after new hitherto unknown sources became available. showing that the world has been totally misled by the claims put forward by Wolf Messing and Mikhail Khvastunov. In his thorough article summarizing these matters and also the bogus claims by Sathya Sai Baba, Serguei Badaev of Moscow (see his article here) concludes as follows:-

Recent research done by a famous Russian lawyer Nicolai Kitaev sheds new light onto the real biography of Wolf Messing and makes the whole story told by Sathya Sai Baba even more unlikely. His investigation included numerous inquiries to the national archives of Poland, Germany and Russia. The results were published in Russian in 2008. In brief, his results are as follows:-

Apparently, Wolf Messing did not possess any psychic abilities. All that he demonstrated during his so-called psychological performances can be explained as the use of  the ideomotor effect, which is high sensitivity to the slightest muscular movements of an inductor person, the changes of their voice and breath.

Messing could not meet Einstein in his flat in Vienna in 1915 as Messing told us in his biography, because Einstein never had a flat in Vienna and did not visit Vienna from 1913 till 1925.

Apparently, Messing was not a famous person in Poland before World War II and German authorities never promised 200 000 marks for his head because of his public prediction of Hitler’s defeat in the East. Polish and German archives not only do not support this story, they even do not have any documents which mention Messing.

Analysis of the archive documents of the USSR where all the Stalin meetings with visitors were registered has not discovered any mention of Messing.

A famous story from the Messing’s biography when he got a huge sum of money from a bank using hypnosis does not correspond in any way to a real procedure of that sort of bank transactions. It makes us think that the whole story is a fiction.

It seems that Messing never visited any countries outside Poland and Russia. At least there is no real evidence to that except Messing’s own words.

The so-called biography of Messing is rather a fiction than a documentary and is a result of a joint venture of Wolf Messing and Mikhail Khvastunov, a department head in the Russian newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda”  (see Russian text  pp. 102-144)

The former Sai Baba follower and academic, Alexandra Nagel of the Netherlands, has also published an impressive  paper in English which investigates the pros and cons of the claims about Wold Messing, including those of Sathya Sai Baba:
see https://www.academia.edu/12957183/Wolf_Messing._First_steps_towards_a_full_assessment_of_the_narrative_of_a_psychic_entertainer

So, Messing’s biography turned out to be a fiction and Messing turned out to be a fictitious psychic. So, much of the Sathya Sai Baba’s story about his meeting with Messing. Why would a self-proclaimed Avatar have to make up fictitious stories? Evidently he could only increase his following and therefore donations by inventing lies, of which there are many, many proven cases on my web site

Sathya Sai top doctors duplicity exposed

Posted by robertpriddy on October 10, 2015

To recall the medical incompetence, secrecy, cover-up and mendacity which was the rule rather than the exception where all sensitive matters concerning Sai Baba were mentioned, read this announcement about Sai Baba’s condition after he had been hospitalised in March 2011. Could one have been more mealy-mouthed, purposely misleading, delusional or laughably wrong? from the OFFICIAL SATHYA SAI BABA WEBSITE

The following events ensued:-
March 28, 2011
Sathya Sai Baba was admitted to the hospital in Puttaparthi which bears his name, according to one source with pneumonia, according to other sources in connection with a heart attack. Since 2005, Sathya Sai Baba used a special wheelchair because of a multiple hip fracture which was a botched operation. His last appearance in the temple (mandir) was on 22 November 2010. (Remarkable he was not present on 23rd – the date his birthday was celebrated). He last appeared in public March 25, 2011 three days before hospitalization.

April 4, 2011
Unidentified persons who have no direct relationship to the Central Fund of Sri Sathya Sai Baba buy a transparent sarcophagus from Bengaluru-based Kumar and Kumar International, Coimbatore with artificial climate for a hospital in Puttaparthi (see ibnlive) . This was 20 days before the announced death date of Sathya Sai Baba. (Around 1800 GMT April 4 – 2011 there were media reports (eg. on NDTV) that Sai Baba’s condition was critical. Private sources reported that his body was not responding to any treatment, and some said he is dead already. One source says he died during heart surgery. (See here) The owner of the company much later saw their product at the time of broadcast of the funeral with the body of Sai Baba’s ashram in Prashanti Nilayam in Puttaparthi. See Sathya Sai Baba death date in serious doubt – posted on April 28, 2011)

April 12, 2011
‘Docs fret over Baba’s sluggish recovery’ (see Deccan Herald). The patient’s condition remains critical – he cannot eat and is on heavy medication to maintain his vital parameters, so now the sluggish pace of improvement is admitted as worrying the doctors, including Dr. Safaya as “not satisfactory”. (See https://chrisdokter.wordpress.com/2012/08/12/the-sorry-tale-of-sathya-sai-babas-final-weeks-on-earth/   and Comprehensive Update on Swami’s Health – By Dr. A. N. Safaya
With expense no object, extra doctors were flown in from here and there by plane and helicopter, thousands of man-hours of work (which has shown no results comparable to the cost) and massive outlays in employing 5000 extra security police to protect the hospital, its staff and its environs. All this is tax exempt and all imports are duty-free, so a further burden is offloaded onto the public. The amount of time, energy and money that is being lavished by so incredibly many doctors – from India and abroad – is an affront to the majority of the populace most of which cannot afford one-thousandth of the treatment value Sathya Sai Baba is getting.

April 16
The Indian press announced: Saibaba devotees move court to know his condition – Times Of India. Of this I wrote: The minders of Sathya Sai Baba – those in control of him – stand accused of a series of inhumane acts from half-starving him to using drugs to affect him. Their motives are considered to be a dark chapter that devotees and some politicians – such as BJP leaders – want to get cleared up, not least through legal process. (Sathya Sai Baba’s condition sets off crisis)
At about that time, the Sai Central Trust “came out with a statement on Saturday that Baba was recovering fast and would be shifted to his own residence in about 15 days.
The trust said it was confident of Sathya Sai Baba’s recovery within 15 days.” (http://ibnlive.in.com/news/baba-recovering-fast-will-be-home-in-15-days/149350-3.html)

April 18
On my blog I wrote:- “Repeated statements from Dr. Safaya and the Sathya Sai Central Trust – among others – are worded so as to reassure as far as possible the devotees of Sai Baba. The phrases “satisfied with the response”, “parameters continue to be nearly normal”, “his condition continues to be stable”  (if critical) make it seem that this critical condition is only just a little away from normal. However, the fact is, Sathya Sai Baba is on a life support system. This almost certainly means that, were all the supportive medical interventions removed, his life would not be supported.”

April 20, 2011
A series of increasingly worried – but more realistic – reports from the doctors makes it appear that the great myth about Sai Baba living into his 90s, as he predicted – so his reason “I can finish My Task” – is about to be blown apart. The end is almost certainly closer and closer.
The developing narrative about Sathya Sai Baba, in his critical condition of ‘living death’, took an incomprehensible and grotesque twist in that the Sai Trust discussed openly the possibility of burying Sai Baba alive! This primitive and superstitious practice from past ages in India, known as ‘sajeeva samadhi´ was eventually rejected by the Trust because of the furore it would cause. Its legality is also questionable, even though precedents exist in India!

April 21, 2011
I wrote on my blog:- “For the last 24 hours, the doctors involved have been stating what has been increasingly obvious to non-believers for days and even weeks now. He is near clinical death, some even say he seems to be brain-dead, but neurologists have not been consulted on this. (Why ever not?)”
By some estimates the value of assets of the Sathya Sai Central Trust of up to 8 or 9 billion dollars (Wikipedia states the various estimates: “Sathya Sai Baba founded a large number of schools and colleges, hospitals, and other charitable institutions in India and abroad, the total value of which is usually estimated at Rs. 40,000 crore (US$ 9 billion).[24][25] [26] However, estimates as high as 1.4 trillion rupees (about US$ 31.5bn) have also been made.[27]”. Relatives of the Sathya Sai Baba claims to a share of the assets and do not want the right to dispose of this property to be solely in charge of the Trust. There was a series of meetings between family members and members of the board of the Fund, but there was no agreement.

April 22, 2011
The health status of Sathya Sai Baba deteriorated. Cardiac work is supported by an electro-stimulator (pacemaker). It is connected to a respirator and an artificial kidney and artificial liver. In the body, there are pockets of infection.

April 23, 2011
Since the Sathya Sai Baba publicly stated that he would live to 92/3, 94 and 96 years, many devotees expect that he will recover. “He’s a god. He will overcome this stage and will once again give darshan. It is my belief. You can not believe, and I believe” – says the secretary of the Foundation of Sathya Sai Baba Mr. K. Chakravarthi.” (On this day before the announcement of his death, and knowing the dishonesty of some Trustees, I posted a prediction that it would fall on the next day because it was Easter Sunday and also devotee Sachin Tendulkar´s birthday!, see here Sathya Sai Baba to be ‘resurrected’ on Easter Sunday?? Posted by robertpriddy on Saturday April 3rd 201!

Starting around 11 am, an important meeting of the Trust was held with members of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and family members. Only about 20 people were present and discussed the proposal that Sai Baba´s nephew Ratnakara, and the current board of directors of the Trust should divide it into two parts: the ashram, and the medical and educational projects. Negotiations were unsuccessful and deadlock followed.

April 24, 2011
The death of Sathya Sai Baba was officially announced. He died aged 84 (i.e. in his 85th year) at 7:40 am local time. The cause of death was given as cardio-respiratory failure. Post-mortem examination was not made and no official death certificate is known to exist. It remains unclear how the death occurred, whether brain death was declared, for the system of artificial life support must have been turned off at some point. By whom – and whether Easter Sunday was in that case cynically chosen – is anyone´s speculation since this crucial point was most carefully avoided by all concerned, including the ambivalent and semi-worshipping Indian press!

If one views all this in the context of the casket being enquired about already on or about the 29th of March…frantically ordered by 3 am, through multiple phone calls ( April 4th/5th), and that the so-called “sanjeeva samadhi” (burial alive) reports surfaced by April 20th, the sequence is logically consistent with the strong suspicion that Sai Baba was already dead.
The Times of India reported that followers claimed that Sai Baba had a premonition 10 years ago that he would fall seriously ill, that he would be indisposed for 40 days but would come back strong for his devotees (Baba said he would return stronger, claims book)

Dr. Safaya of the Sathya Sai Super-speciality Hospital, Puttaparthi, signed Sathya Sai Baba’s death certificate but it was not legally valid Dr. Safaya resigned his post almost immediately, his suggestion was that he was forced into a role which he could not accept. The Dutch academic, Chris Dokter, posted this information on his website ‘Mind Your Mind’ under The Case of the Missing Death Certificate. The certificate above was published widely in India on 24/4/2011. The Indian media company NDTV posted a copy of it and a comment was made on this by Dr. Soumitra Mukhopadhyaya (24-04-2011). Sai Baba’s broken reputation unrepairable

Posted by robertpriddy on October 8, 2015

Mr. Narasimha Murthy, who is the chief stimulus behind the ‘subtle Sai Baba’  scam at Muddenahalli, has concocted a story to try to counteract the crisis in the various arms of the Sai movement as a whole. It is easily refuted and shown to be wishful thinking, self-indoctrination and a good portion of untruth (see below the message). It should be no surprise that this will not deter many of the  crazy believers out there! The residue of foreigners who still believe in Sathya Sai Baba’s absurd and disproven claims is a disappearing small fraction of the numbers of former days, but Indians and much less able to evaluate spiritual and religious claims with an independent mind, so they make up the great majority of the current following.

———- Forwarded message ———-   <saibabanews@yahoogroups.com>  Date: 5 October 2015 at 19:20  Subject: [saibabanews] Sai Ram – Talk by Shri.Narasimha Murthy on October 4th in Muddenahalli. See source at Yahoo

On October 4th in Muddenahalli, Mr.Narasimha Murthy gave a talk in which he said the following among many things :
In the relentless pursuit of His Divine Mission Bhagavan has manifested and visited 14 countries, across 5 continents, during this year 2015. This started with Australia in January. Why does He do this now and why did He not do this when He was in the physical body?. Swami Himself has explained that He could not have done this when He was in the physical body because everyday 1000’s of people rich and poor gathered in Prashanthi Nilayam, or Brindavan, for His darshan. He could not have missed being in either Prashanthi Nilayam or Brindavan for a single day. Also, this would have created a great inconvenience for a very large amount of people. Now, He is visiting in His subtle form. For Him it does not require a single moment to move from one place to another place. He is doing this because He is keeping His promise given to 1000’s of devotees in many countries. Many devotees had come to Bhagavan and prayed to Him, “Swami please visit our country.” and Swami’s reply was, “Yes, surely I will come.” This is one reason.

Secondly, the second mission, as we who accompany Him wherever He goes, we see that He is preparing the world for the Advent of Prema Sai. He is establishing centres and ashrams which will be visited by Prema Sai when He makes His advent very soon, which Swami has been saying. Already Swami has initiated centres and ashrams in 10 countries. Already one or two are ready “.I wish to state that i do not want to start posting messages against anyone in the Sai family, everyone’s aim should and must be to take Swami’s Message forward in the way Swami wants us to. Sai Ram

In his damage-limition attempt, Mr. Murthy forgets how the fall-off in visitors began in 2000 and increased until his death as the divine mission turned into a divine downfall, with foreign visitors having dwindled to a relative handful. From 2000 onwards there was increasingly room at the ashrams and to spare, even during most festivals. The claim that Sai Baba has waited until now to ‘manifest’ and ‘visit 14 countries’ is inconsistent with the facts and is entirely unsupported by any evidence other than the usual hearsay by anonymous persons. Of course, there have always been thousands of devotees who make such excessive claims, but no independent investigations have provided anything remotely like proof of any of them, but on the contrary. What became of Sai Baba’s promises to ‘take a world tour shortly’, lift an entire  mountain range, to fly unaided through the sky, to live until he was in his 90s (giving four different years for his death) and a host of other unfulfilled predictions and promises?

A correspondent wrote of this to me: “The devotees are hopeful that the stray sheep will come ba-ba-ing back into the fold, regardless of how far they wander, is amazing in its twisting of reality to fit belief. “…not have been missed…for single day.” Days went by during the last year of sb’s life without him coming out of his dwelling. Even in 2005 it was becoming routine he he would skip morning or evening darshan or even an entire day. Plus, there were the trips to Kodai, Ooty and Delhi, etc, which kept him away! The bigger reason of the no foreign travelling rule was the fear of being arrested and charged with crimes against children which he regularly committed! As for “…does not require a single moment to move from one place to another…”, conveniently enough, subtle sb has to travel with his clever companions on planes etc, so a place must always be kept for him (paid for by the need-to-believe desperate devotees). I haven’t combed through writings to prove it, but we can assume he gets a place on the airplane also. So much for subtly present in another country in the blinking of an eye!
What power-meetings must be going on with oracle boy and others staging this show, to assure it will continue for a long time to come? Already they have announced that Muddenahalli will be the center of many prema sai darshans!”

The personal motivations of aspiring zealots to make claims of ‘manifestations’ are many and mostly very untrustworthy, and the circumstances in which they come to believe in their own accounts are also many and varied. Intense desires to feel themselves worthy of being so blessed by a ‘Divine Creator ‘ (self-appointed though he was) lead to extended worship, mental concentration of Sai Baba’s person and form, and the wishful re-interpretation of perceptions (and the mind’s ability to mis-preceive and create every kind of vision and dream). Through decades, zealous true believers built up a gigantic structure of baseless fancy and contradictory fantasies – aided and abetted by the misinformed disinformation plugged by Sai VIPs and official parrots… it is largely on this that Narasimha Murthy and his ilk base their vain and nefarious claims.

After the above talk by Murthy, Oracle boy gave another talk, preying on the devotees fond aspirations which were not fulfilled during the lifetime of sb. Here are a few short exerpts:

What I am doing now is setting the foundation for this moment of Prema Sai. Now, laying the foundation is required. All this will become a huge mansion in the future. In 17 countries ashrams will come up. I will enthuse and inspire the people to take to the spiritual path. Already people from 10 countries have started ashrams. In a very short time I will visit 7 other countries to start ashrams there. The coming times are great and glorious. Many of you are thinking that you are sitting in a small hall listening to Swami, thinking that it will continue this way. Not at all. There are going to be great changes. The whole world will come to this place. Over 10,000 people can sit there. The hall will be inaugurated on the 18th November. There will be a Western canteen and North Indian canteen. From all nations people will come for me. Even this hall will not be enough. When Prema Sai makes his advent a lot of programmes will happen in this hall. This big hall is required.

The oracle boy, Madhu Sudan (‘Sukhsma Baba’) identifies himself fully with Sathya Sai Baba, claiming he is not a medium but the authentic expression of Sathya Sai Baba himself. So much so that he usurps the ghostly identity to all worldly intents and purposes and any analysis of the words and accompanying actions of these charlatans are but worldly ones). A correspondent writes to me: “The devotees are hopeful that the stray sheep will come ba-ba-ing back into the fold, regardless of how far they wander. is amazing in its twisting of reality to fit belief. “…not have been missed…for single day.” Days went by during the last year of sb’s life without him coming out of his dwelling. Even in 2005 it was becoming routine he would skip morning or evening darshan or even an entire day, . Plus, there were the trips to Kodai, Ooty and Delhi, etc, which kept him away!

Note that Narasimha Murthy was the warden at Brindavan college and he knew full well of Sai Baba’s sex abuses on males, having procured underage boys for that purpose. Mt. Hari Sampath, a former Sathya Sai Baba security official who later engaged in a major exposure of Sai Baba’s crimes, wrote in a petition to the Indian Criminal Bureau of Investigation:- “I have heard numerous instances of boys as young as 7 years old and usually 11-16 years old being slowly brainwashed into having sex with this godman Sai Baba until they almost believe it is good for them. This has been apparently happening as far back in 1960’s and I know of people who had been similarly abused in 1968 and thereabouts. The most unhappy part of the whole thing is that these people do not have a source to turn to and seek assistance. The hostel officials of the Sai Baba institutions like B N Narasimha Murthy and other staff/lecturers have known it all along, and many of them even “feed” young boys to Sai Baba.

Souljourns: Narasimha Murthy’s secret of Prema Sai The remaining U.S. devotees of Sathya Sai Baba are propagating as best the can their ‘stories’ about their God Incarnate guru on videos under the heading ‘Souljourns’. These are a group of old timer ‘true believers’, including a bevy of gushing old women. They apparently interview anyone who has good stories  to tell

Narasimha Murthy’s imprudent interview & consequences Narasimha Murthy has made claims (such as on YouTube) about Sai Baba appearing in his dreams and giving him precise instructions to build new buildings, etc. and tells fantastic stories about these. Sathya Sai Baba inducted him early in life (before age 20) and told him not to marry. He was made to work without any financial compensation.

  (Zee Media Bureau)

Indore: The wife of Narayan Sai, who has been behind the bars in a rape case filed by a Surat-based woman, has alleged that the son of self-styled godman Asaram is a blot on saint community’s escutcheon.  As per a complaint filed by Janaki, her husband had illicit relationships with a number of women and involved in promiscuity.
During a maintenance and domestic violence-related hearing in a family court here on Tuesday, Janaki filed a written complaint, saying she fears for her life from Narayan Sai and his aides. Seeking security cover for herself, Janaki alleged that she got to know about Narayan Sai’s affairs after her marriage. In a report published in Punjab Kesari, Janaki also claimed that Sai has a love child too. Sai was arrested for repeatedly sexually assaulting one of the two Surat-based sisters, who was the inmate of his ashram here between 2002 and 2005.

Sathya Sai Baba died unsmiling

Posted by robertpriddy on October 4, 2015

depart with a smile

How come that the self-proclaimed god-avatar and world saviour could not muster a smile in his last weeks? Not only did he cry in public during his last birthday celebration, where he otherwise sat unmoving and stone-faced, but he cried out for help to devotees when being taken off to his own hospital when his final illness overtook him. His illness and death were kept as rigorously secret as possible without explanation of his massive weight loss or the cause of his successive organ failures. Instead, false announcements were constantly made that promised his recovery. At no time during his hospitalization was he reported to have smiled, and he was in a coma for most of the weeks leading up to the decision to take him off life support (to coincide with Easter Sunday!). He did not depart gracefully, so his ‘preparations through a long lifetime’ were futile! The head doctor in charge of the whole matter,  Dr. Safaya, later publicly resigned his post because he had somehow been unduly pressured, but why and how the public is not allowed to know! Add to all this the lies about the coffin-casket, which was the same one that they had ordered nearly a month before his death was announced.  No valid death certificate was ever produced, despite intensive appeals through about 300 letters by his cousin, Mr. Ganupati Raju to various senior law enforcement officials. One does not have to be a medical genius to think that the weight loss and organ failures most likely resulted from AIDS.
